What do you need to do ? Simply select and rename the file you want to use to R6GameConfig.bin (taken from your downloaded archive) and copy and paste it in this directory:
"My Documents\Ubisoft\R6Vegas" overwrite (or rename) the existing file if you get prompted. Make a back-up of the original just in case.
Now enjoy this game at your preferred resolution, I'm playing it right now at 1920x1200 :)
